Description:
Jack McCall, a fast-talking Hollywood literary agent (Murphy), lies to New Age guru Dr. Sinja (Curtis). In response, Sinja curses McCall with a magical Bodhi tree in his backyard. The tree has one thousand leaves and every word McCall speaks causes a leaf to drop; the curse dooms McCall to die when the last leaf falls.
